FAQs

If you have any questions for us that are not listed here, please email us at kawabatawedding2026@gmail.com
Question

How can I RSVP?

Answer

Click the RSVP tab at the top of our website. Type in your first and last name. You will be given options to RSVP for yourself and anyone else in your party (+1s, spouses, children, etc) for both the ceremony and reception. You can always come back to the site and change your answer at any time.

Question

What is cocktail attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire is more casual than black-tie. Gentlemen, please feel free to wear a suit or dress shirt. Ladies can choose cocktail, knee length, or calf length dresses. We'll still have a summer breeze so keep it light!

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Unfortunately both our ceremony and reception venues do not provide parking. Limited street parking may be available. We recommend taking public transportation or a car service. If you are driving, please allot extra time for finding a parking space. New York City, baby! If you're driving in, consider carpooling with other guests you know.

Question

Can I bring a plus one if it hasn't been listed on my invitation?

Answer

As much as we'd like to invite all our friends, space will be limited to those invited and listed on your invitation.

Question

I'd love to be able to make it to the ceremony and reception, but I'm unable to do both.

Answer

We understand not everybody may be able to stay late to our dinner or make it in time for our ceremony. Please let us know via your RSVP on Zola if you're only able to attend one of our events. Please avoid calling or texting us with this info, as we may forget!

Question

Can I bring my child/baby?

Answer

As much as we love and adore all our smallest family members, we have decided this event will be adults only.

Question

I have a food allergy!

Answer

Please alert us as early as possible about any allergies or dietary restrictions. We want everyone at our party to be full, happy, and not in the hospital.
