WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive between 3:00 PM and 3:15 PM to allow time for parking and seating so we can start on time.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. For women, knee- to floor-length dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates are perfect. For men, dress shirts with slacks or nice jeans are great—jackets and ties are optional.

CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE OR KIDS?

We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. Due to limited space, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests, including plus-ones and children, unless specifically named on your invite. Thank you for understanding!

WHERE SHOULD WE PARK?

Answer

Parking is available on the surrounding roads of the neighborhood. Carpooling is highly encouraged, if you are able to. A golf cart or shuttle will be provided to transport you from your parking spot if walking is a challenge.

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture the day—please relax, soak in the moment, and let them document our special ceremony. During cocktail hour and the reception, feel free to take all the photos you’d like.

IS THE CEREMONY INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The event will be outdoors on the beautiful grounds of Huckleberry Acres.
