The following hotels listed are known as "boutique hotels". These were old colonial homes that have been restored as smaller hotels. You can find beautiful gems for great rates. We've listed several located in the historic center, but there are plenty more that you can find through booking websites like Kayak.com. We highly recommend staying within the Old Town or "El Centro". Please feel free to reach out to us if you have specific questions!

House Or Rental
Cartagena offers many wonderful places to stay, as it is one of South America's most popular travel destinations We recommend AirBnB if you are looking to rent an apartment or an entire house. Make sure to read the reviews to confirm location, as many Airbnb's listed will likely be in Boca Grande which is a very short taxi ride, but not walkable to the old historic center.
