Is there a dress code?

Dressy casual or semi-formal. We want you to be comfortable!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space and budget constrictions, only those named on the invitation are invited.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be held in a tent on the American Historical Swedish Museum's lawn, and there will be heaters or fans as needed. As for the ceremony, we're keeping a close eye on the weather and will make a decision the week of our wedding as to whether or not we'll tie the knot indoors or outdoors! We're planning on outdoors, however, so please note that you may have to walk on grass or soft ground and plan footwear accordingly.

In early November in Philadelphia, expect weather in the 60s — but of course, please check the forecast and pack accordingly!

Yes, there will be plenty of parking.

While we love the kiddos, we respectfully request that you leave the little ones at home.

What kind of food and drink will be served?

Answer

If you have a food allergy, please let us know. There will be a casual buffet dinner including spatchcocked chicken and roasted porchetta for the main courses, plus various salads and focaccia bread, as well as wedding cake, of course! There will also be beer and wine served at the open bar.
