Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only celebration. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Will transportation be provided from the Main Resort to the Beach Pavilion for the Welcome Event?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the Welcome Event (which will be at the Beach Pavilion). Shuttles will depart from the main lodge shortly before the event begins and will return at the end of the evening. More specific timing details will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

What time should I arrive to the Wedding Ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 4:30pm before the ceremony so everyone can be seated and settled before it begins.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting, on the grass. The ceremony will be followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and then an indoor reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. We promise to share professional photos afterwards!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available at the resort for guests attending our events!

Is there cell service at the resort?

Answer

Cell service in the mountains can limited in certain areas, but Wi-Fi is available in the resort.
