What type of venue is it?

Answer

The venue is the house where Nate grew up. There will be a tent in the back of the house with fans or heaters as the weather mandates. There is a pool if you are so inclined. If the weather does not cooperate, we will have sides on the tent, but we are outside, so consider a jacket? sunglasses? sunscreen? allergy medication?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We will have a garden wedding. Cocktail attire is preferred.

What footwear do you recommend?

Answer

Why, dancing shoes, of course! Besides that, if you don't have someone drop you at the house, it's a bit of a walk from the parking area to the house. Footing at the venue is pavers, gravel, and lawn. You do you =D

Are children invited to the events?

Answer

Children are more than welcome. However, there is a pool that will not be fenced off, so parents must be ever-vigilant. We will have toddler-sized life preservers for our toddling guests.

What time should we be seated for the ceremony?

Answer

Please be in your seats by 5:15.

What events require RSVPs?

Answer

We need numbers for the wedding/reception and for Friday's golf outing. Friday evening and Sunday brunch are open houses- would love to have you stop by, but if you are too tired from travel or if you need to get on the road, we understand! Alternatively, if you find yourself with time to spare, c'mon over!

Mine is the only name on the invitation, can I bring a +one?

Answer

Yes! Due to some website limitations, some of you couples may have both received an invite/STD, if so, we do not anticipate you bringing a plus one (that would be weird!!), but for the rest, please feel free to bring a +one!
