We have chosen formal attire for our wedding. We recommend bringing a jacket or wrap for the evening as Tahoe temperatures can cool down after sunset. Women: Floor-length, midi, or elevated cocktail dress Men: Suit and tie encouraged
The closest airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Guests can arrange transportation through North Lake Tahoe Express, which offers shuttle service between the airport and the Hyatt Regency & the Crown Motel. Advanced reservations are recommended. https://northlaketahoeexpress.com/
Yes! We have reserved a hotel block at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino. Please use the link below to book your room at our group rate: https://www.hyatt.com/events/en-US/group-booking/TVLLT/G-WEBB
If you’re staying at the Hyatt Regency and primarily attending wedding events, a rental car may not be necessary. However, guests who would like to explore Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas may find one helpful.
Late October and early November in Lake Tahoe are typically cool and crisp, with daytime temperatures in the 50s and evenings dropping into the 20s–30s. We recommend bringing layers and a warm jacket for nighttime. While snow is possible, fall weather and sunny days are also common that time of year. Please note that our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception will be held indoors.
Lake Tahoe sits over 6,000 feet above sea level. We recommend drinking plenty of water to help you feel your best during the weekend.
