Nate and I met in high school. I was with my Dad, going through a checkout line at the local grocery store, Hy-Vee, and Nate was the cashier. I thought he was so cute - so I asked my friend about him and got his number. Ever since our first date, we have been pretty inseparable. We love being able to say we are 'high school sweethearts'!

Nate proposed on Christmas Day, 2022. He knew I wanted it to be just us - and it was perfect. Our first Christmas together in our first home. Just us and our two pups. I couldn't have asked for a better day.
