A complimentary shuttle service will be provided the day of the wedding to escort guests to and from the venue. The shuttle will pick guests up in front of the Halcyon Hotel at 3:45pm. There will be two departure times from the venue returning to the hotel block, one at 10pm and one at 12am. If you'd like to use the shuttle, please let us know on the RSVP page so that we can ensure we have enough seats. You can also drive your own vehicle. Mount Vernon Canyon Club has ample parking available at no cost. Cars may be left there overnight and picked up the next morning in the event that you drive your own vehicle and then choose to return on the shuttle.
We encourage guests to dress up in formal or cocktail attire, but ultimately we want everyone to be comfortable! The ceremony will take place on the outdoor deck, weather permitting. Dinner will be indoors in the dining room. Dancing and the reception will be both outdoors and indoors, weather permitting.
We recommend "dressy casual" attire. There is no specific dress code for this event, but we discourage athletic shorts, sweats, baseball caps, leggings, etc. The event will take place at the Halcyon Hotel, Suite 624 on a private terrace.
There is no dress code for the Sunday brunch.
