Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Click the RSVP tab and type the name listed on your invitation. Please make sure to RSVP no later than June 1st.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to allow enough time to park and find your seat. When you arrive, please follow the sidewalk on the right side of the building to the back patio for the ceremony.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to take photos to remember the day. We just ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We would love for you to be present and we have hired an amazing photographer to capture the day for us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal or cocktail attire. To help keep the overall look and feel of our day, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing jeans, sky blue (the bridesmaids color), and white.

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we have decided to keep this an adults only event. Enjoy a parents night out!

What if I forget to RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by June 1st, you will unfortunately not be able to attend. Please make sure to RSVP by the deadline!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, cocktail hour and the reception will take place inside.

Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, you are able to park at the venue. If you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn (referenced in the “Travel” tab) there will be a shuttle service available. Any cars left at the venue overnight are required to be gone by 10am the following morning. If you plan on drinking we highly suggest leaving your car at the hotel and using the shuttle service!

What should I do if I am no longer able to attend?

Answer

We completely understand that unexpected things happen. Please let us know as soon as your plans change so we can make the necessary arrangements with our vendors.

Am I allowed to bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Our venue has strict policies against bringing outside alcohol. Please do not bring any flasks or coolers. We will have an open bar with many options to choose from for cocktail hour and the reception!
