Flight
DEN will have the most options for flights. Transportation options from DEN to Steamboat include rental car, bus, and shuttle options. It is a 3hr drive from DIA to Steamboat Springs. Be prepared for heavy weekend traffic if driving from Denver to Steamboat on Friday or Steamboat to Denver Sunday afternoon.
Flight
This is the closest airport to Steamboat. It is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Steamboat Springs. There are shuttle services that provide transportation into Steamboat and also rental care services. Prices can be a little more expensive but if you have limited time this is the most direct route.
House Or Rental
We recommend staying up on closer to Steamboat Mountain Resort as it is close proximity to the welcome party as well as the the wedding ceremony. Downtown Steamboat is a short drive or bus ride away but in the summer the bus hours are limited. Uber and Lyft are options for transportation as well but can be limited from time to time.
Shuttle
June 24, 2023 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will be running from the ceremony site to the reception and back to ensure everyone has a safe ride. The reception is 20min drive from the ceremony site. The initial shuttle will depart at 4:30pm from the base of the Steamboat Mountain Resort. The shuttle will then begin looping services starting at 9pm and have a few stops throughout town to ensure everyone returns home safely. ***Exact pick-up and drop-off locations will be specified closer to the event***
Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms with a discount. you must call to book the room under the Kraemer/Cundy Wedding. In order to receive the discount you must book 60 days in advance- April 23, 2023. The room price is $249.00 per night. Pets are allowed with a $50 pet deposit. This hotel is conveniently located walking distance to the welcome event as well as the ceremony site. ***Please note that cheaper rates might be available outside of our room block so a little research might pay off***

We have blocked 10 rooms at the Rabbit Ears Motel. This is a Steamboat classic, if you are looking for a casual motel feel in the heart of downtown Steamboat this is the place for you. You must call and book the hotel within 30 days of the wedding, May 22, 2023. There is a 3 night minimum required with the hotel block. The room rate is a 15% discount off the $249.00 price. The Rabbit Ears Motel is located in downtown Steamboat and walking distance to most restaurants. There is also a bus stop close for traveling to the mountain.
