The ceremony and wedding reception will take place at the Balloon Fiesta park, Cid Culter building, Starting at 3:00pm. Kids are allowed and all guests (including kids) will be asked to wear black. There will be alcohol available upon purchase. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the building. All guest are responsible for their kids and for their behavior.
