How does parking work at the museum?

Answer

There is an attached parking garage called the MacArthur Square Public Parking building on James Lovell St. There is a small parking fee, but there will be parking vouchers given to those who commute! Thankfully, our blocked hotel is within walking distance from the museum!

Where can we go in the museum during the wedding?

Answer

The entire 1st floor of the museum is booked just for us from 6 PM - midnight! You'll have access to the Streets of Old Milwaukee and European Village, The Third Planet, and the Costa Rican Rainforest. You're encouraged to check out the exhibits, watch our photo slide show in the Nickelodeon Theater, grab some sweets from the candy shop, and enjoy yourself!

How did you choose the museum as your venue?

Answer

Nate and I have always had a deep fascination and love for natural history and museums in general. The very first thing we talked about when meeting was the Milwaukee Public Museum, so it felt obvious that we needed to celebrate our marriage here! Our love for museums has brought us to many places we'd never been, and it will be leading us on our honeymoon to Washington DC!
