*PLEASE NOTE check-in times at the hotel you have booked and plan accordingly.* To the wedding Shuttles will start loading 10-15 minutes before the departure times and depart from the hotels at the times below: Milwaukee Marriott West - 3:10pm then pick up at LaQuinta - 3:55pm LaQuinta - Pick up between 3:20-3:25 after stopping at the Marriott The Ingleside - 3:25pm - 3:55pm From the wedding Shuttles will leave the venue every 30 minutes beginning at 9:30 with the last shuttle at 11:30.

Hotel Rooms

Due to another event in the area the same weekend, hotel rooms are unfortunately limited & expensive. We have secured blocks of rooms at 3 hotels for the night before & night of the wedding and have a discount code for another hotel in the area. Please see information on these hotels on this page as well as a list of other potential hotels on our venue's FAQ page. It is recommended to book accommodations ASAP to secure rooms. *If you are planning on utilizing the shuttle to the wedding venue, please take note of the check-in times at each hotel and plan accordingly. The wedding ceremony starts at 4:30 and shuttles will need to pick up at set times. Guests are able to call hotels and request early check-ins if needed. The hotels will try to be as accommodating as possible.*

A block of rooms have been reserved at this hotel. Guests can call & book with the "Lowe/Early" block or click the link below to book online. Reservations can be made with this block until 6/2/23. This hotel is a 30 minute drive to the venue. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a shuttle service to this location. However, it offers more affordable rates. Check in is at 3pm.
