Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically named on your invitation. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!

What Should I Wear?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is Garden Formal. Guys: We would love to see you wear at least a jacket. Ties are encouraged, but not required. No jeans or flip flops please! Ladies: We would love to see you in your best long evening dress! Florals and pastels are encouraged!

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, due to limited space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 on our wedding day, with the exception of children specifically invited by name on your invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a weekend getaway for you and your partner!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes before!
Question
Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony/reception?
Answer
In order to ensure we are fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

What's the bar situation?

We will be providing a full open bar with spirits, beer, cocktails, and a hand picked selection of wine made right here at Larc Hill! We will also be providing other non-alcoholic options.

Where do I Park?
Answer
Larc Hill Vineyard Ranch offers plenty of parking for our guests. Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe situations. If you are planning on having more than a couple drinks throughout the night, we recommend that you appoint a designated driver for your group.
