Driving Directions to The Willow Ballroom: From Downtown Sacramento, south on I-5 for about 15 minutes. Take Hood-Franklin Road Exit and turn right — you’ll cruise past Stone Lakes National Wildlife Refuge, farmland, and orchards for about 5 miles until Hood-Franklin ends at River Road. Turn right onto River Road and left into the gates at the entrance of the River Road Exchange. Complimentary valet will check you in upon arrival!
