what if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date (September 9, 2023). While I will send our reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!

what is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our guests all dressed up for out big day! Dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. The ceremony will be held in the grass, so plan accordingly for your footwear. Block heels, platforms, ect. are recommended so you don't sink into the grass! Gentlemen can wear a button down shirt with a tie and formal pants or a suit and tie. No jeans or sneakers please! And this goes without saying, but please no white (;

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP! Thank you so much for understanding!

What time should I arrive to ceremony?

Answer

Pease arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before ceremony. This will allow time for you to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids, we really do! However, due to venue limitation, we respectfully request that you only bring children if they are included in your invitation. The children in the bridal party will be present at the wedding- otherwise, we encourage you to think of it as a kid-free date night and we appreciate the prior accommodations for our big day!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

The only request we make is to please put your phones away during the CEREMONY. We have hired incredible photographers and videographers to capture our ceremony and we would love for you to be fully present when we say "I do". However, please feel free to take photos throughout the rest of the evening! We will have QR codes placed on each table for you to share your photos with us throughout the night! We cannot wait to see the memories you captured!

Where are ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue: SpringSide Barn. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be out side on the grass and reception will be taking place inside of the barn just a minute walks away!

will there be an open bar?

Answer

No, there will not. Our venue is an alcohol free venue. Nate and I are counting on everyone to be respectful and follow the rules that our wonderful venue owners have for their property!

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking for all of our guests. Please follow the parking attendants for where your should park! If you are going to need handicapped parking, please reach out to Bree prior to our day so we can put you on a list! 717-925-6594
