When is the RSVP date?

Please RSVP by July 20th and book a hotel room by July 31st, if you plan to do so.
Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly request formal attire. This type of elegant evening wear includes mid-shin or floor length dresses for women, and a suit or tuxedo for men. Bright, summer colors and comfortable dancing shoes are encouraged. Most of the evening will take place outdoors in a shaded area, but there is an air conditioned building available throughout the entire event.

How can I book a hotel room on the room block?
Answer
A room block is set up at the Holiday Inn Express in Concord, Ohio. You may call the hotel at (440) 898-0900 and request a room in the Arrighi-French room block no later than July 31st, 2025. After this date, there is no guarantee that a room will be available, as the hotel block expires one month before the event. Hotel check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?
Answer
The venue is located at 6881 Kniffen Road, Painesville Ohio, but we encourage everyone to arrive to the Holiday Inn express in Concord to take the party bus to and from the venue. This option is available regardless of if you booked a room or not. The party bus will depart the hotel at 2:45pm and 3:30pm to the venue, and return to the hotel at 8:45pm and 10:15pm. There will be signage at the hotel desk with these pick-up and drop-off times as well. Please be mindful that the bus transports approximately 25 people per trip. If you prefer to drive directly to the venue, follow the sign that says "Lodge" to park directly outside the venue building. Parking attendants will be available for assistance.

Question
What kind of food will be served? Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will have an Italian style dinner that will accommodate vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. There will be an open bar, so please plan transportation accordingly.
