Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Destination Formal We kindly ask that guests wear neutrals, pastels, or natural tones to complement our celebration! Think tans, sage, champagne, mauve, light grays, light yellow, taupe, or soft shades of blue.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will be allowed to enter the venue and start seating at 4pm. Guests arriving after 4:25pm will be asked to wait until after the ceremony has ended to join the rest of guests.

Will traffic be busy for the 4th of July weekend?

Answer

We recommend accounting for extra travel time, especially getting over the Bay Bridge. We have been advised that Thursday the 2nd, is predicted to be the busiest travel day of the weekend! Please consider leaving extra early so you do not miss the ceremony!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space and huge families, we can only accommodate guests who have been formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Unfortunately there are no Uber or Lifts in Kent Island so please to not plan on that! We will be having shuttle van make stops at the local Hyatt and Hilton Hotels.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, to allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we politely request no children at the ceremony or reception!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please turn off all phones and cameras until after the “I do’s”!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average weather in Stevensville around July 4th, is generally hot and humid, with an average high temperature around 85° during the day and low temperatures typically in the mid-60s in the evening. Expect warm to hot conditions (don’t worry we will be celebrating inside!)
