We met as staff members at YMCA Camp Greenville - our wedding venue! In the summer of 2020, Mikayla had just graduated from Young Harris College. Nate was back at Camp Greenville for his 11th summer. We quickly bonded over our shared love of inspiring youth in the outdoors. After that, it was off to Clemson, SC, for grad school and work. While in Clemson, we moved into our first apartment together and got our first kitty, Indie! Next, we moved to Raleigh, NC, for full-time jobs. We shared a home in the heart of downtown, and adopted our second kitty, Valkyrie! Now we are on a new adventure in Kansas City, KS, where we are working on a construction project together for about a year. And soon, we'll be going back to camp where it all began. We can't wait to have you celebrate with us!
