What is the Dress Code?

We’d be delighted if our friends and family would join us in dressing up for the occasion! Please note that this is a semi-formal western event, so we kindly ask that no jeans with holes be worn as well as no t-shirts. As the event will be held outdoors in the desert (dirt and cacti), hats and boots are strongly encouraged. Ladies, please avoid wearing white—my girls will throw their drink at you

Can I bring a Date?

Answer

Due to a limited guest list and our desire to create an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family, we are only able to accommodate those guests who have been formally invited through the wedding invitation. Once you’ve RSVP'd on our website, you’ll be able to see how many seats have been reserved for you. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name (or "GUEST") will appear alongside yours when you RSVP.

What if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate any late RSVPs. We are required to provide our vendors and venue with exact numbers by a specific date. Please RSVP as soon as possible, and no later than December 2025. Any RSVPs received after this date will be automatically declined, and we won’t be able to provide seating for you.

Are Kids Allowed?

We absolutely adore your little ones, but we kindly request that our ceremony and reception be an adults-only event. We hope you’ll take this opportunity for a kid-free date night and join us for a celebration just for the grown-ups! Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes! Please plan ahead and ensure you have a safe way to get home. Our bar will be open after the ceremony for cocktail hour, with last call around 9 PM. We’ll be serving two signature drinks along with a variety of other options (NO SHOTS) . Since the venue is about 30 minutes outside of Tucson, we encourage you to arrange transportation in advance. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We know it’s a big ask, and your effort to join us means the world. We chose a place that holds special meaning to us, and having you there will make it even more unforgettable. But if you can’t make it, we completely understand and still feel your love from wherever you are.
