Question
Is there transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! Please use the transportation as there is limited parking at the venue which will be reserved for vendors and families with small children. The shuttle will LEAVE at 3PM from the Gallatin County Fairgrounds- Tamarack St. Entrance. The shuttle will have return times at 10PM, 12AM, and 2AM. Can not stress this enough PLEASE use the shuttles.

What time should I arrive?

Arrive at the Fairgrounds for a 3PM departure! Don't miss it! The ceremony will start promptly at 4PM.

What is western formal?
Answer
In general, leather, suede, and sundresses are encouraged, as are cowboy boots, bolo ties, and cowboy hats. Dresses, pants or nice jeans, and a jacket or suit on top paired with boots, dress shoes, flats, or block heels for walking in the grass. Don't forget a warm jacket, it will be chilly at night!

What is an Après Ski theme?
Answer
For the dance floor after dinner, we'll be moving to après ski theme! Après ski originated in the 1950s and directly translates to 'after ski' – a term to describe any post-ski (or in this case, wedding) social activity. In the mountains, skiers head to local bars after a great day of skiing and enjoy an evening of drinks, music and mountain views. Après ski attire: think retro/vintage jackets, sweaters, beanies, bandanas, etc. easy to throw on over your western formal wear. Bring a pair of ski goggles, mittens, or sunglasses to complete the look.

Will There Be an Open Bar?

Yes! Drinks on us, hangover on you! The shuttles will be leaving throughout the night so please utilize these to get home safely!

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Yes! Bring the kids or don't. We can help you find local babysitters if you would prefer to be kid free and live it up!

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

What is the weather like in Montana in September?
Answer
Montana weather is very unpredictable. We will hope for perfect weather, however please check the weather beforehand and come prepared for temperatures ranging from a high of 85 to a low of 32! Please bring a warm jacket or sweater for later in the night if it gets chilly.

Will the wedding be inside or outside!
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside and dinner/dancing will be mostly indoors. We'll also have a fire pit going outside to keep us warm. That being said, please bring a jacket you will likely need it!

During the ceremony we ask that you put your phones away to be fully present. All other times absolutely YES blow up Abbi's phone with pics of the night :)
