Question

When and where is the wedding being held?

Answer

Our wedding celebration will take place on Friday, July 16th, 2027. The ceremony will be held in the scenic field behind A Bar MT, located at 11032 MT-83 in Bigfork, Montana. To reach the ceremony site, follow the left dirt driveway at the east end of the parking lot, along the fence, and past the little cabin. Immediately following the ceremony, we invite you to join us at the Swan River Community Hall, located at 115 Swan River Road in Bigfork. To get there from the ceremony, simply turn right onto the highway heading north. The community hall will be on the left side of the road, directly across from the school at the traffic light. Look for white balloons and signs. Detailed parking information will be provided closer to the wedding date. For a full timeline of the day's events, please visit our "Schedule" page.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm, and we recommend arriving by 4pm. This will give you plenty of time to find your seat and catch up with loved ones before we begin.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at multiple locations for our wedding. Guests can park in the field behind the A Bar for the ceremony, and additional parking is available in the reception venue's lot and the school parking lot across the street.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place in a picturesque outdoor field, where we're anticipating a beautiful day. Following the ceremony, we'll celebrate indoors at the Swan River Community Hall.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding calls for semi-formal attire that balances style and comfort. Since our July celebration will be outdoors briefly, we recommend lightweight, breathable clothing. Ladies might want to opt for block heels or flats, as our ceremony will take place in a field. Consider bringing a light jacket for the evening, and choose shoes suitable for outdoor terrain. We're envisioning an earthy color palette–think earthy greens, warm browns, soft neutrals, and rich golds–to create a beautifully cohesive aesthetic that complements our natural setting.

Question

Is it open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We're thrilled to confirm that we'll be hosting an open bar for all of our wedding guests! Get ready to celebrate and enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the evening.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We're happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please complete the dietary questionnaire in the RSVP so we can ensure your meal is perfect for you.

Question

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Answer

We're committed to accommodating vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dietary needs. Please let us know your preferences, and we'll work with our caterer to ensure delicious options for everyone.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We warmly invite you to bring a date, but please be sure to include them in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We warmly invite children to join our celebration! Whether they're family members or little friends, kids are absolutely welcome to share in our special day.

Question

Can I bring my pet?

Answer
