Details on the Venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place at Fairlane Station which is located in Old Downtown Springdale right off Emma St. Conveniently a 20 minute drive from downtown Fayetteville. There is no restricted parking in Downtown Springdale. The venue also has 3 lots available on the east, west and south side of the building.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We suggest arriving to the venue by 4:00pm and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Please allow ample time, considering traffic. Family members should plan to arrive by 2:45 pm for family photos.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We're so excited for our loved ones to see NW Arkansas during the Fall. October, especially brings beautiful weather, with daytime highs from the mid 60's to 70's. That being said, there's always a chance for rain showers, so pack a variety of clothing to prepare for all types of weather.

Is there a theme and what should I wear?

We don’t have a strict theme, but the vibe we’re going for is a moody, romantic atmosphere with the warmth of bright fall colors. Our venue has a unique blend of industrial style and antique charm, which will set the stage for a cozy, intimate celebration. We're going for semi-formal attire but also want everyone to feel comfortable, so come as you are and enjoy the day with us — no need to stress about fitting into a particular look. We’re just excited to celebrate with you!
