Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate plus ones. The reception will include a plated dinner set for our exact number of invited guests. Due to this and our intimate venue size, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. We'd like to keep our guest list to immediate family members only. Thank you for understanding!
We recommend arriving to the ceremony location at least 15 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time (ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm). Please ensure your have enough time to walk to the ceremony location. Our outdoor ceremony will have a small seating area, overlooking the breathtaking views of the Glacier area. Directly following the ceremony, we would love to take pictures with our guests! Afterwards, please join us for the cocktail hour/reception back at Our Glacier Getaway Venue.
We will have select beer and seltzers available during cocktail hour. During our plated dinner reception, there will be options for wine and signature his/hers cocktails. Please consider bringing cash to tip our wonderful chef and wait staff!
There is limited parking space at our venue. Please consider driving together if able to, to allow for more parking availability.
Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour/reception will be held outdoors. As you know, spring weather in Montana can be unpredictable, please consider bringing a jacket just in case!
Just bring yourself! Our amazing photographer and videographer will capture everything and we'll happily share photos with you later. We want our guests to enjoy themselves and be in the moment with us, so no phones are needed at the ceremony. Also, we are not requesting any gifts. Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for, but if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon, we've created a honeymoon fund.
Our reception will end at 9:00PM. For guests who are traveling, please do not feel obligated to stay late. Safe travels!
