Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, and we totally understand if you’d like to bring them! However, we recommend arranging childcare for the weekend so everyone can fully enjoy the celebrations. Of course, if childcare isn’t an option, we’ll be happy to have them join us! Please let us know in your RSVPs so we can make the proper accommodations.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones unless specifically noted on your invitation. If your plus-one is unable to attend, we won't be able to offer an additional invite. We truly appreciate your understanding!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be held outdoors, in the beautiful Quebec country side. Please dress in a nice, casual-chic style—think elegant, but not black tie formal. We recommend a lovely dress or a stylish suit, and shoes that are comfortable for grass (avoid stilettos if you don’t want to sink in!). We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!

Question

How do we get there?

Answer

There’s a few different ways you can get to Sherbrooke. Driving - the drive is about 7-9 hours depending on traffic. Flying - you can always book a flight to Montreal and either rent a car or take the bus into Sherbrooke (the bus is about two hours). Via Rail - there is a train that goes into Montreal and then you can take the bus to Sherbrooke. If you can we recommend carpooling to make the drive more fun :)

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 3:30PM as the ceremony will start at 4:00PM.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are currently trying to arrange transportation to and from the motel we suggested. We will have updates on this closer to the date. There are also a few cab companies in Sherbrooke as well as a school parking lot close to the venue for those who may want o drive. We do not recommend driving as Quebec country roads can be dangerous due to deer late at night and we would not want to encourage drinking and driving. Please make sure you are responsible if you decide to drive.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions in your rsvp so we can try to make accommodations.
