Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal Summer — suits & cocktail dresses. Please refer to the color palate above for outfit inspiration! While not a necessity to wear these colors, it is encouraged.

Will there be parking?
Answer
Yes, Bowman's Hill Wildlife Preserve offers MINIMAL parking onsite for guests. However, we will also be providing a shuttle service to and from New Hope Inn and Suites before and after the wedding. If you are staying at the hotel, please utilize this service to free up available parking for those who need it.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
No children under the age of 18 will be permitted. While we love all of your children, we have opted for a child-free night for both ours and your enjoyment. Any child at the wedding has been asked to be there specifically by the brides.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
For those driving directly to the venue, please arrive no later than 4:45pm to Bowman's Hill Wildlife Preserve. The ceremony will start at 5:00pm sharp. ** INSERT SHUTTLE SERVICE TIMING **

Will the ceremony / Reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The entirety of the day is outdoors. While there will be tent coverage, please dress accordingly for the heat and potential weather. We recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The terrain is mostly grass, woodsy walking paths, and gravel.

Okay, the wedding is outdoors.. Where do I use the restroom?
Answer
Outdoor restrooms will be provided. I promise you, not a stinky port-a-potty situation.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
Answer
After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We will have a curated selection of wine, beer and signature cocktail.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
Yes! We are having a buffet style dinner catered by Piccolo Trattoria! Multiple food options will be available for you to select what you want most the night of. If you have any necessary dietary restrictions, please let us know by AUGUST 1st so that we may plan accordingly with o
