Question
When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
RSVPs must be in no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2026. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. We hope that you understand.

What should I do if my plans to attend change?
Answer
We understand plans change. Please let the Bride or Groom know ahead of time if something comes up.

Can I bring an additional guest?
Answer
This is an invite only event. Please ensure their name appears on the wedding website's RSVP list before attending.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We can only allow for a few children and they are included in the wedding party. No, additional children are permitted. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Early! Please arrive no later than 3pm to allow for traffic, time to park, enter the venue, & find a seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Walkways leading to the ceremony will be closed at 3:25pm to make way for the Bridal Party. No late entry into the ceremony will be permitted.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal, cocktail attire for the evening. Our theme is tropic chic! Colors like fuchsia, light pinks, coral, purple, green, etc. Ladies: Midi formal, tea-length, or floor length dresses. Please refrain from wearing shades of white, ivory, or beige. Gentleman: Dress shirt & tie, sports coat or suit Ceremony will be outdoors in the garden. Ladies please take into account when choosing heels!

Is the wedding ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! If weather permits, the wedding ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will commence indoors.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Yes! There are various ramps onsite and golf carts to assist those who may not be able to walk long distances.

Does the venue have parking?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of complementary parking at the venue with special handicap parking close to the door.

Can I take pictures or videos?
Answer
We prefer you enjoy the ceremony with us without distractions. After the ceremony, we'd love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you snap away! Please tag us #Toast2theTaylors

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Of course! We will have an open bar available to our guest after the ceremony until the end of the evening.
