Question

Do I have to wear a mask?

Answer

Masks are strongly recommended if you have not been vaccinated and encouraged if you have been vaccinated.

Question

Are children allowed at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The ceremony/reception is strictly for adults. The only children that will be in attendance are the children in the wedding party. No exceptions!

Question

Will you provide transportation to the wedding ceremony/reception venue?

Answer

No. Transportation is the responsibility of invited guests.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol to the reception?

Answer

Plenty of alcohol will be provided. If there is a particular brand you would like, you are free to make suggestions to the Bride and Groom. There will be no guarantees that a particular brand will be on hand for consumption.

Question

Do I have to purchase a gift from the registry?

Answer

No. We are an established couple in our 50's, so our preference is gift cards and cash; however, if you prefer to purchase a gift, we will gladly accept. You can view gift selections under the registry tab, but the gifts do not have to be purchased from that particular store.

Question

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Colors are champagne and sunflower yellow. You are welcome to dress in either color or both!

Question

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

This is an elegant affair!! We are requesting Dressy/Evening/Cocktail attire. Please make every attempt to comply with our request.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

It is suggested that you arrive between 20 and 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. You will not be allowed to enter during the processional, which will start PROMPTLY at 7 p.m.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

We welcome picture-taking and videoing during the ceremony; however, in the spirit of cheerful cooperation, we ask that you allow the professional photographers room and space to do their jobs. We also ask that you refrain from posting to social media until AFTER the ceremony has concluded. Posting during the reception and anytime after is encouraged.

Question

I received an invitation. Am I allowed to bring additional guests?

Answer

We have allowed for a "plus 1" if you choose to have someone accompany you. Due to concerns regarding COVID and overcrowding, we ask that you DO NOT bring additional guests besides your +1.
