To ensure we have an accurate guest count for our vendors, please submit your RSVP no later than October 15, 2025. If there are any concerns or limitations in completing this, please contact Natasha ASAP. If you do not RSVP by October 15, please bring a chair and a sandwich :)
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. To make sure these moments can be memorable and enjoyed by all without interruptions, please arrive at the venue between 2:30pm and 2:45pm. Guests who arrive later than 2:45pm will be asked to wait in the parking lot / reception hall until the ceremony has concluded. Thank you for your understanding and your timeliness!
We ask that guests dress their best for this event! Please follow a formal dress code (e.g., floor-length dresses/pantsuits for the ladies, suit/shirt & tie for the gentlemen, and your best dancing shoes!). Our bridesmaids will be wearing navy, and our groomsmen will be in gray suits with navy accents. Please pay close attention to the weather; the mountains can be unpredictably warm OR cool this time of year. In case of rain, the ceremony will be adjusted to be indoors.
Due to limited capacity at our venue, please abide by the number of specifically named guests for your party as is indicated on your RSVP card.
Yes! There is parking available at the venue for guests. When possible, we recommend carpooling or utilizing rideshares. Please plan accordingly for trips to and from the venue, including Ubers/designated drivers, etc.
