**Sorry for the confusion with the hotel check-in times. The hotel has changed the check-in times to 4:00 PM, which is not the original plan! To request an early check in, please call your hotel Thursday or the morning of and request an early check-in. They have been asked to accommodate all requests. ** There will be two shuttle busses to get you where you need to be through a transportation company. The shuttles will only be making one trip from each hotel to the ceremony so please make sure to be ready at the departure time. Departure times from each hotel are as follows: Hampton Inn York: 4:15 PM departure TownPlace Suites: 4:25 PM depature Courtyard Marriott: 4:30 PM departure The shuttles will drop off guests at each hotel following the reception. Shuttles will arrive at 10:50 PM and plan to depart the reception by 11:10 PM. There will also be a shuttle provided by the hotel that accommodates 10 people. This shuttle is doing 2 trips at 3:55 pm and 4:40 pm. They will be doing two trips to leave the reception at 10:15 pm and 11:00 pm. Lastly, if you chose to drive to the venue and leave your car there, it just needs to be picked up the next morning by 9:00 am sharp due to a Saturday wedding.
