Yes, transportation will be provided for guests between the Sheraton Grand and the venue. The shuttle from Sheraton Grand to Adler will depart at 5:30pm. The return shuttle will be running continuously from 10:00pm until 1:00am.
The average temperature in Chicago in late July is a high of 80 degrees and a low of 70 degrees. Since the ceremony is in the evening and is next to Lake Michigan the weather may be slightly cooler than the average temperature.
The Sheraton Grand offers self park for a fee of $63/night. However, we highly recommend using SpotHero to park your vehicle for the weekend as a much more affordable option. There are several parking garages nearby and all transportation to and from the venue will be provided so we hope driving needs will be limited.
The rate for parking at Adler Planetarium is $55 for the evening. If you would like to guarantee a spot you can purchase your parking spot in advance at https://www.soldierfieldparking.com/ Select 'Reserve Parking' for the Ed Sheeran: Tour > Soldier Field Planetarium Lot > Enter details and submit Parking exit time is listed as 11:00pm but you may leave your car there until the end of the event at 1:00am
We recommend that you arrive thirty minutes before the start of the ceremony. Ed Sheeran will be performing next door at Soldier Field so please account for additional traffic when making travel arrangements!
