FAQs

The Wedding Website of Natalie Graham and Matthew Rokaitis
If you have any questions that are not answered on this page don't hesitate to reach out to Matt or I.
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to ceremony start time to ensure you get to your seat in time for the ceremony!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Is there parking available on site at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue for our ceremony and reception has plenty of parking and an attendant will be provided to ensure our guests’ vehicles are safe and easily maneuverable. If you choose to use Uber or Lyft service, please be advised that wait times at the end of the evening are expected to be slightly longer, so you may need to request your ride home earlier than expected.

Question

What is an "unplugged ceremony"?

Answer

By letting you know we are having an “Unplugged Ceremony” we are asking that you be fully present in the moment with us. No phones or cameras out. “No Pictures please!” We put a lot of thought into the choice of out professional photographers and videographers and we would love to share their exquisite work with you without the hindrance of certain obstacles in their shots. We promise to make plenty of time for selfies and family photos with everyone at the reception!

Question

Can we bring a gift, card and/ or monetary gift?

Answer

Of course! We appreciate every bit of thoughtfulness that goes into the gift giving process. Our registry contains some home items to furnish our new place together, and we would also be more than thrilled to receive contributions to our online Honeymoon Fund. We will have a Card Box at the entry table and will share a money dance at the reception if you would like to take part! As an added note: If checks are being written, we ask that they be made out to either Matthew Rokaitis OR Natalie Graham (not both, not Mr & Mrs Rokaitis, not Natalie Rokaitis) as we do not yet share a bank account, nor will we *legally* share the same last name for a little while! Thank you in advance for this consideration.

Question

If we have any urgent questions or concerns on the day of the wedding, who should we contact?

Answer

Best point of contact will be the Maid of Honor, Brooklyn Hart, at (209) 566-5250

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal-There is lots of grass at the venue. Make sure to wear shoes that you can walk on grass.

Question

What is the parking like at the venue?

Answer

The venue has on sight parking. Please don’t leave your car there overnight because the gate will be locked over night and the next morning. Please plan ahead for a DD or uber if you plan on drinking.

For all the days along the way
