FAQs

Question

Where is the ceremony and how do we get there?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at the top of the mountain at HoliMont. Guests will ride the ski lift to the ceremony site during a designated lift window. The first lift will begin at 3:30 PM and the final lift will depart at 4:10 PM to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Our team will be onsite to help guide you.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the base of the mountain by 3:15 PM to allow time for parking and boarding the lift. The last lift will depart at 4:10 PM. If you arrive after this time, access to the ceremony site may be limited.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at the top of the mountain, followed by an indoor reception. We recommend formal attire with comfortable shoes suitable for grass and uneven terrain. Even in warmer months, mountaintop temperatures can be cooler — bringing a light wrap or jacket is a great idea.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We have a weather backup plan in place. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to a covered location on-site. No matter the forecast, the celebration will go on!

Question

Are transportation or shuttles provided?

Answer

At this time, guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. If you plan to enjoy the bar, we recommend arranging a designated driver or local transportation (Uber/Lyft) in advance.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
