Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be bus service from the Hilton Garden Inn and Springhill Suites, with the meeting point at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotels share a parking lot so you will be able to access the bus from either hotel. There will be two bus pick up times: 4:30pm and 5:00pm and the ceremony will promptly start at 6:00pm. Buses back to the hotel will be at 10:00pm and 11:00pm.

What is the Bridal Polka?
Answer
Bring your dancing shoes for the bridal polka!!! (AKA the money dance.) A Polish tradition, each guest lines up and dances with the bride for a few seconds, then forms a circle around the bride. The groom then breaks through the circle to get to his bride and carries her away into their new life together. I hope I get to dance with every one of you! As much as we love your little ones, we want you to have a night out with us! Enjoy drinks and dancing without the worry of bedtimes and entertainment.

What is the attire?
Answer
This is a formal event! Formal & cocktail dresses for the ladies, suits for the boys. Wedding party will be in champagne and pink. No jeans or casual clothing.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Your invitation will specify if you have a plus one. If your invitation does not have an additional guest provided, please do not assume you can bring one. Due to limited space and budget, we aren't able to host extra guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Applecross has plenty of parking for the night! If you park at the hotel, there is also bus transportation that will pick you up before the ceremony to bring you to the gardens and return you to the hotels after the reception.
