What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

Both Tampa International Airport (TPA) and St. Pete-Clearwater (PIE) are within 25 minutes driving distance.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive and be seated by 12:45pm. Our ceremony will begin at 1:00pm sharp.

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttle transportation from the hotel blocks to the ceremony. Afterward, guests will be shuttled to one of our favorite restaurants/bars to relax and mingle before cocktail hour begins at 5:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Yes — parking will be available at St. Mary’s for the ceremony. Valet parking will be provided at the Museum of Fine Arts for the reception.

How should I spend the time between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

We’ll have shuttles available to take guests to one of our favorite nearby restaurants/bars, but attendance is entirely optional. You are welcome to spend this time exploring downtown St. Petersburg — from the Pier to the Dalí Museum — enjoying a meal at Fresco’s or Perry’s Porch, or simply relaxing back at your hotel. All hotel blocks are within walking distance of the Museum of Fine Arts. Visit our “Things to Do” page for additional inspiration.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of immediate family.
