Yes! We figured if we can't get married in the summer in the Italian countryside, might as well go for the polar opposite and wed in the dead of winter in the northeast US.

Are vaccines mandated?

Answer

Out of concern for our guests, as well as in compliance with state mandate, in order to attend this celebration you and your plus-one must be fully vaccinated. Vaccine status will be checked at the door, please be prepared with proof (vaccination card, photo of vaccination proof, or app). Please see the COVID-19 Vaccination Affirmation page for more info.

What's the policy on COVID testing for guests?

Answer

In light of recent developments, we are asking that all guests please obtain a COVID test within a week, preferably 24 - 72 hours, of the event. You may text or email us your result or let us know by another means, or bring the result to the wedding. If you are struggling to get tested please reach out and let us know in advance.

What kind of COVID-19 test do we need?

Answer

Please feel free to use whichever test is most convenient and available for you, including PCR, rapid tests, and at-home tests.

How do we get Washingtonville?

Answer

Washingtonville is located in the town of Washingtonville in the Mid-Hudson Valley. It is easily reached by car and is roughly one hour northwest of NYC. You may also arrive via the NJ Transit Port Jarvis line to Salisbury Mills/Corn Wall station, which is a ten minute drive from the venue.

Where can I stay overnight?

Answer

Three hotel blocks at different price points have been arranged, please see the TRAVEL tab for more information. Rooms in the block must be booked by 11/30/21.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no strict dress code, however we would suggest cocktail or formal attire. Please be aware of the weather and dress comfortably.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at FEAST at Round Hill. The reception will commence with cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony.

Is there a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle provided between the hotel site and the wedding venue. Please see "Travel and Accommodations" tab for more information. If you are interested in utilizing the shuttle for transportation please let us know to ensure there is enough space.

Is parking available near the venue?

There is a large parking lot available for guests to use freely.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors. The venue does have beautiful grounds that are open for guests to explore, so we do recommend taking time throughout the evening to walk around outdoors!
