The trip to Tobago requires you to first fly into Trinidad (POS). For those flying from Miami, we recommend one of the flight options below. Option 1: Miami to Port of Spain American Airlines: AA 2703 Departure from Miami: 10:00 AM Arrives in Port of Spain: 2:15 PM Option 2: Caribbean Airlines: BW483 Miami to Port of Spain Departure from Miami: 3:10 PM Arrival in Trinidad: 6:55 PM These flights are standard from MIA to POS, so times should be the same as they are here.

Trinidad to Tobago (pos - tab)
Now, for the second flight of the trip! Don't worry, it's only 20 minutes long. Flights to Tobago run every hour. The best option is always to get a flight 2-3 hours after arriving in Trinidad — to accommodate in the event of any delays. Caribbean Airlines allows you to go onto earlier flights to Tobago, but not later than the flight time booked. For example, if you're booked on a flight to Tobago (TAB) from Trinidad (POS) at 8:00 PM, they will put you on standby to go onto earlier flights if you're there. However, if you miss your scheduled flight (8:00 PM), you will be required to purchase a new flight. The flight times below are what we recommend. If you booked with Option 1 (American Airlines arriving at 2:15 PM), these are your options for getting to Tobago. Flight BW1530: Port of Spain (POS) to Tobago (TAB) 6:00PM 6:40PM 8:40PM- Last flight of the day If you booked with Option 2 (Caribbean Airlines arriving at 6:55 PM), these are your options for getting to Tobago. Caribbean Airlines arrival at 6:55pm: 8:40PM This is the last flight for the day. In the event of a delays, the risk of missing the flight is high.

Renting a car in Tobago is an easy and convenient way to get around and explore the island. Please keep in mind that you will be driving on the left side of the road! There are several rental car companies to choose from and they are all located at the airport. We recommend using Expedia or a similar site to find a good deal. PLEASE NOTE: Uber and Lyft are not available as transport options, but your classic taxi drivers are there for you.
