Flight
Piedmont Triad International Airport
Piedmont is the closest airport to the Winston-Salem area. However, the CLT and RDU airports are about an hour and a half drive away.

This is a very car-dependent area. If you are thinking of flying in, there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts around. It may also be useful to rent a car from the airport to make getting around as smooth as possible.
