**In order to use the wedding block code, there a 2 night minimum stay at this location. You can absolutely stay only Saturday, but you just won’t be able to benefit from the code :)** How to make online reservations: www.whitefish-lodge.com, click on “book online”, enter check-in/check-out date, number of adults and kids and under “rate options” enter group code in the “promotional/group code” box and click “apply”. Click “check availability”. Available rooms will be listed with discounted rates. The online system will not register a check-in date outside the block dates. To make reservations over the phone: call the reservation desk at 218-692-2246 ext. 0 – reference reservation group code to access group block. The reservation desk can make reservations with an earlier check-in date.

There will be a shuttle service leaving at 2:45 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. at Pine Peaks Lodge & Suites, 14047 Swann Drive, Crosslake, MN 56442 (DIFFERENT FROM THE VENUE) bringing people to the venue. This hotel is very close to the second hotel (maybe 500 feet), Whitefish Lodge & Suites, as an fyi. The shuttle will make trips at 9:00 p.m., 10:30 p.m., and 12:15 a.m. to bring people back to Pine Peaks Lodge & Suites.
