What COVID 19 safety measures will be taken at the reception?

Answer

We are planning to move forward with our reception as safely as possible. ***We are asking that if guests are unvaccinated, to please take a COVID-19 rapid test within 48 hours of the wedding.*** Other precautions we will be taking include providing masks for all guests if you would like them and hand sanitizer throughout the venue. If you are uncomfortable attending for any reason, we will miss you, but completely understand. We hope to see you in November. Please continue to check our site for the latest updates. We will be continuously monitoring things as they develop.

Is there a ceremony?

Answer

No, there will only be a cocktail hour and dinner reception.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Some examples being cocktail dresses, LBD’s, dressy jumpsuits and dark jackets and slacks.

Will the reception be indoors?

Answer

The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so that you can celebrate with us.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be so missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

If I decide to drive, is there parking?

Answer

There is complimentary valet parking at Gibsons.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

There will be passed hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, open bar and table side choice of filet, chicken or fish. sides, desserts and, of course, wedding cake.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

There will be a vegetarian option for a main course.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotels/airports?

Answer

No. Please utilize uber or taxi.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving by 6 PM to participate in cocktail hour. Drinks and hors d-oeuvres begin at 6 PM with dinner beginning at 7 PM.
