The venue is in a remote location and requires travel on dirt roads. In order to ensure easy arrival and departure for our guests, everyone will be transported from the JW Marriott to Monte Cardon and there will be 3 return options back to the JW Marriott. Guests who are not staying at the JW Marriott must get transport to the JW Marriott Lobby and arrive no later than 4:30 pm. Please see below schedule to plan accordingly. 4:30 pm - Bus transportation pick up for all guests (JW Marriott Lobby > Monte Cardon) 9:30 pm - 1st return bus option (Monte Cardon > JW Marriott Lobby) 10:15 pm - 2nd return bus option (Monte Cardon > JW Marriott Lobby) 11:00 pm - 3rd & final return buses for all guests (Monte Cardon > JW Marriott Lobby)

Although we love your kids, we respectfully request no children at the wedding ceremony and reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
The wedding dress code is formal cocktail attire. Ladies feel free to wear cocktail dresses or long gowns. Gentlemen can wear suits or sport coats with dress pants.
