Natalie and Ty met on a dating app - Hinge. They matched and began chatting on August 22nd, 2023. Initially, Ty found Natalie's responses a bit dry, so the conversation discontinued for a few weeks. When Natalie returned from her European vacation, she decided to reach back out. A date was planned for Monday night, September 11th, 2023. Natalie and Ty met for drinks at The Roosevelt Room in West Chester at 6:30 pm. To no surprise, Natalie was a few minutes late due to taking selfies to post on Instagram and sipping on a glass of wine to help ease her nerves. Ty was waiting at the bar and stood up to greet Natalie. Natalie gave Ty an awkward side hug and the two sat down to order drinks. Ty could tell how nervous Natalie was, so he suggested they get up and play pool. This actually made Natalie MORE nervous, as she is pretty mediocre at the game. They played a few rounds of pool, and the nerves began to subside. After several hours of getting to know one another, Ty offered to walk Natalie to her car. He gave her a kiss goodbye, and a second date was planned for the following night.
