What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Arrive at the ceremony by 3:45PM as we plan to start promptly at 4PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

You can either pay for the valet at the hotel where both events are being held, which is $20/day or you can pay to park in a public lot in the city of Morgantown, which is $0.75/hour.

Is the ceremony inside or outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be inside the hotel’s ballroom.

We are having an adult only ceremony/reception.

We will have a buffet-style dinner with both meat and vegetarian options available; however, if you have a specific dietary need, please let us know.
