Wedding Party

Chloe Hunt

Maid of Honor

How I met the bride: Natalie and I first met during high school at Awana when she was a sophomore and I was a freshman. Our friendship really developed the following year when we would go ice skating together every week. The moment you knew Trevor and Natalie were a good match: I knew that Trevor was the one for Natalie when she was making him a Valentine’s Day gift before they were technically even in a relationship. Oh and when she was willing to go watch basketball after saying it was the only sport she didn’t like for years beforehand. Fun Fact: I’ve been to more countries than US States

Bridesmaid

How I met the bride: I met Natalie on our first day at CSU! The moment you knew Trevor and Natalie were a good match: I knew Trevor and Natalie were a good match when Natalie couldn’t stop talking about him while we were in Scotland - which was funny and sweet. Fun Fact: I love traveling and I have been to 22 countries so far!

Katie Raasch

Bridesmaid

Natalie and I first met when we were meeting mutual friends at a concert in the park. She was visiting that weekend from San Diego so I volunteered to give her a ride and the rest is history:) I knew Trevor and Natalie were a good match when I saw he could match her pun game - which is no easy feat. I’ve also never seen Natalie so giddy over a man so that was also a dead giveaway. I somehow convinced Natalie to become my co-worker.

How I met the bride: I met Natalie in high school, but we really became close when she moved back to the Bay Area. Then I basically locked myself in for life when I married her brother, which just made getting to do life together even sweeter! The moment you knew Trevor and Natalie were a good match: Honestly, when they started finishing each other’s sentences like they share a brain 😂 But what really stood out was how Trevor crocheted her flowers, and even more, the way he cares for her so intentionally. It was clear he not only understands her, but truly takes care of her heart, and that’s something really special. Fun Fact: I bake sourdough bread and even mill my own flour… so if there’s ever a carb emergency, I’ve got it covered.

Tricia Frye

Bridesmaid

How I met the bride: Natalie and I met through mutual friends and got a lot closer when we went on a group trip to Yosemite. The moment you knew Trevor and Natalie were a good match: I knew Trevor and Natalie were a perfect match when she showed us the bag he had crocheted for her as well as when she told him she loved him and how long it took 😉. Fun Fact: I lived in Germany as a kid.

Katelin Monlux

Bridesmaid

How I met the bride: The first time I met Natalie I was probably like 1 years old since we’re cousins. But my first real memories of hanging out was probably our Thanksgiving trips to Missoula Montana where we slept in our grandparents office and would chat all night. The moment you knew Trevor and Natalie were a good match: I knew they would end up together when she came to visit me in Utah. They both were very intentional about scheduling time to chat about their day. Also the way she talked about him showed me the passion she had for the relationship. Fun Fact: I hiked to the Goat in Norway

How I met the groom/us: - I met Trevor my first day at college and hypnotized him into being my friend in between a community event and In-N-Out but shhhhhhh, don't tell him 😉. - I met Natalie at a park where we bonded over our love for books, snark, making Trevor life more fun (for us). Then she left to go play soccer with Trevor. 🙄 What was she, like, in love with him or something? The moment you knew Natalie and I were a good match - When Trevor and I would talk about Natalie and he shared not only how kind she was to him but also how much they communicated freely and without judgement. That's the good stuff right there. A fun fact about yourself - A few years back Trevor bought 1,000 ducks and hid them across our campus. To this day, I continue to find small plastic ducks in my clothes, bags, boxes, and home. It's been years! Where do they keep coming from?!?

How we met: We met about three years ago at Cornerstone. We spent a lot of time grabbing coffees and talking shop while you were stepping into your full-time youth pastor role. We even shared the stage for announcements a few times, which was always a blast. The moment I knew it was a match: I remember our long talks at La Scala when you first started dating. You absolutely lit up every time you mentioned Natalie. About a month in, when you were already planning to ask her to be your girlfriend, I knew it was the real deal. Meeting her in person after hearing so much about her sealed it, seeing you two together, you already had the rhythm of a couple that had been together for a lifetime. Fun Fact: I once hiked 7 miles into the Sequoia mountains and caught 15 trout in a single hour. Unfun Fact: Before that legendary day, I spent a year being the world’s worst fisherman, catching a grand total of one fish. Persistence pays off!

I met you through Cornerstone when 3D was still the youth pastor. I think you were still a youth technically?!?! Am I that old? The world may never know. I believe it was when I saw how your personality mesh so well very early on in your relationship. I could tell you both were super into each other. People say I’m short but I really just think I’m average height. Was that short enough for you?

- Meeting: I met Trevor through Cornerstone, got to know him through youth group and hangouts and gradually learned that underneath that carefully crafted veneer of a golden retriever with a heart of gold lays...a golden retriever with a heart of gold! - Good Match: it wasn't a moment, it was hundreds of little moments I was lucky enough to see. The little excited glint Trevor gets when he sees Natalie walks into a room. The little smirk Natalie gets when she sets up Trevor for a punch-line she knows he'll land. Y'all fell into a rhythm of "life together" seamlessly from the biggest moments to the smallest. - Fun Fact: In my office I am semi-officially known as "pigeon-boy" or "frog-boy" due to my habit of perching on my chair at my desk & cooing while working.

I met you through Cornerstone. We got to know each other through young adult hangouts and cracking jokes at each other's expense When I saw how much you both laughed and joked together, I could see the chemistry instantly. Even though Natalie is a Seahawks fan, I guess she's alright I was first trumpet in Marching Band
