Question

Which airport should we fly into?

Answer

It is recommended to fly into Montego Bay Jamaica - Sangster International Airport.

Question

When should I book my flight and hotel room?

Answer

As soon as you know if you are coming! Flights earlier in the day are recommended in order to avoid delays from the airport to the resort due to traffic. Please check your email for updates on room block information, or feel free to browse online travel agencies for additional options.

Question

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The resort is about an hour + drive from Montego Bay airport. Please share your flight information so we can coordinate transportation from the airport to the resort for you via link (on travel tab) or https://forms.gle/a3u88AnKArHRHY1i9

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will take place on "Dream Island" which is located on the Princess Grand (family side). Please be aware that everything takes place on the sand. Please bring any accommodations you may need for comfort, such as appropriate footwear or adaptive devices. Shuttles will be available to bring you directly to the location.

Question

Should I book my room on the adults only side (Princess Senses Mangrove), or the family side (Princess Grand)?

Answer

The wedding party will be staying on the adults side. Staying on the adults side gives you access to the entire resort (all restaurants, pools, bars, etc. on BOTH sides). **All rooms that are part of the room block will have access to BOTH sides due to limited availability of rooms on the adult side** If you book your room on the family side via an online travel agency (hotels.com, expedia, etc.) you will only have access to the side of the resort you booked on.** Please contact us with any questions/concerns natalieandthiago@gmail.com

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are calling it "beach formal" attire. No need to wear a full suit, but please no shorts or t-shirts. Linen suits and flowy dresses recommended. Please note that both the ceremony and reception will take place on the sand. We recommend bringing any accommodations you may need for comfort, such as appropriate footwear/ adaptive devices

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

This is an adults-only event, however, exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Babysitting is available at the resort for those who are bringing infants. Please contact us if you have questions/concerns. Email natalieandthiago@gmail.com

Question

I am concerned about the cost of the resort.

Answer

If there are any questions or concerns in regards to the accommodations please reach out to us directly via call/text or email natalieandthiago@gmail.com. If you prefer a non-all inclusive option within 20 min to a half hour from the resort feel free to look into The Boardwalk Village in Negril or any other hotel/ Airbnb in driving distance to the resort (Princess Grand Jamaica, CP5P+XFG, Green Island, Jamaica). **Please inform us if you plan to stay off of the resort in order for us to arrange for a visitor pass to attend the wedding**

Question

Are gifts expected?

Answer

We know traveling for a destination wedding is a significant expense, and we are truly grateful you’re making the trip to celebrate with us. Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, so please do not feel obligated to give anything more.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please go to the tab labeled RSVP on this website and enter your name at the bottom.
