Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

There ceremony begins at 2:00pm. There is a complimentary shuttle service that is leaving at 1:00pm from the Lodge & Spa to transport to and from the ceremony. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 1:30pm to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts! Please be seated no later than 1:45pm.

How to I enter Callaway Gardens?

Answer

Whichever direction you enter from, please notify the gate that you are here for the Phillips Wedding. You should be directed to the Lodge & Spa for parking for the shuttle. There is also a Callaway Gardens app that is a useful map if you choose to drive between the ceremony and reception. Contact Natalie for any questions or concerns.

Is there a dress code?

We request that everyone come in their Sunday best, it will be a Sunday after all. Business casual, no jeans please!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those in the bridal party. Thank you for understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is Sunday, February 23rd.

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! Callaway Gardens is offering accommodations at a discounted rate if you wish to stay at the resort for the wedding.
