FAQs

The Wedding Website of Natalie Certosimo and Scott Stewart
Here are some FAQs you might have while planning your trip in preparation for our wedding weekend!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once invitations are received, we ask that you kindly RSVP no later than Friday, August 1st, 2025. That way, we have plenty of time to coordinate with the venue and get accommodations organized.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, you can find my full registry on this website under the Registry tab. We ask that you kindly send all registry items directly to our house, or bring them to the bridal shower unwrapped/with clear wrapping.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm. Please plan to arrive before 3pm to get a good seat! You will receive a printed itinerary of the weekend's events with timing in your room upon check-in.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, for the wedding day's events, please plan to wear Formal attire. This includes either a floor length gown or a formal cocktail dress for women, and a formal suit with a tie for men. Please keep in mind that the terrain around the villa is mostly gravel and stones. Women should plan to wear flats or low heels for maximum comfort. Please also note that most of the day's events will take place outside. It can get chilly after the sun sets, so I would suggest bringing a jacket, sweater, or shawl to keep warm. You can visit the Dress Code Details tab of this website to find some photo examples.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invited guests will be indicated on the mailed invitation. Due to limited space, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

What kind of accommodation is offered?

Answer

Casa Cornacchi is a villa which has a number of apartment style rooms. We will be collecting payment via Venmo upon RSVP to reserve your room. The wedding party and close family will be staying onsite. Casa Cornacchi has additional accommodations less than 10 minutes away for all other guests.

Question

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot at Casa Cornacchi. If you decide to rent a car, there will be space onsite for you to park it. However, we encourage you to coordinate with other guests coming to the wedding to try to minimize the number of cars if possible.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the offsite villas?

Answer

Yes, a van service will be provided once a day on Friday for the welcome dinner and Sunday for the farewell dinner from the offsite villas to Casa Cornacchi. On the wedding day, the van will make multiple trips to shuttle guests to and from Casa Cornacchi throughout the night. A van schedule will be provided for any offsite guests.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when you receive the invitation, there will be a place for you to indicate any food allergies or special dietary restrictions.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will be having a welcome pizza party dinner starting at 6:30pm at Casa Cornacchi on Friday, October 10th. We will also be hosting a farewell pasta dinner at 6:00pm at Casa Cornacchi. You can RSVP for these events when you receive your invitation.

Question

What is the dress code for the other events?

Answer

The welcome dinner will be a cocktail attire all-white party. This includes a nice cocktail dress at any length for women and men should wear a dress shirt and slacks. Please try to wear as much white as possible for the welcome dinner. The farewell pasta dinner will be casual attire. Please keep in mind both events will be outside so a jacket, sweater, or shawl is recommended for your comfort. The terrain is also mostly gravel or stone, so I would encourage women to wear flats or low heels. You can visit the Dress Code Details tab of this website for photo examples of what to wear for all events.

Question

What time is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check-in begins at 3pm on Friday, October 10th and check-out is 10 am on Monday, October 13th. If early check-in or late check-out is required, please note that it is 25€ per hour per room. This must be requested in advance and cannot be applied to all rooms. It is required that you check-out at the office so you can drop off your key and settle any expenses that might have been charged to your room throughout the weekend.

Question

Is breakfast included?

Answer

Yes, breakfast is available every morning from 8am - 10am and is included with your stay. If you are staying at the main Casa Cornacchi villa, you will go to the Upper Terrace to enjoy breakfast. Any guests staying at an offsite villa will find the same breakfast made fresh at their perspective villas each morning.

Question

What is the best way for me to get to Casa Cornacchi?

Answer

We have laid out all travel details and recommendations under the Travel tab of this website.
