How should I get home at night since there are little to no ubers on the island?

Answer

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are more than welcome to attend! Please note, the venue is about 45 minutes from the island. If you need to leave early, please plan on driving as the buses will depart at the end of the reception.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Hewitt Oaks is about a 45 minute drive from the island. We will provide further details on pick up locations/times as we get closer. We want everyone to be safe and strongly encourage our guests to use the transportation. Ubers/Lyfts are not prevalent in the area.

What is the dress code for the welcome party on Friday night?

Low Country Chic For men, button-down shirts or polos with khaki pants, jacket optional. For ladies, anything from a sundress to a midi length dress is perfect!

What is the dress code for the wedding on Saturday?

Answer

Cocktail Attire For men, a suit or sport coat and slacks are both appropriate, tie optional. For ladies, anything from a knee length to a floor length dress is perfect, color encouraged! Weather permitting, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors.
