Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Optional. Men, please wear a tuxedo or a dark suit & tie. Ladies, please wear long evening dresses. We love a good fashion moment so feel free to be colorful / bold!

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at the Park Chateau Estate and Gardens. Park Chateau is located at 678 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. It's about a 45 minute drive from Newark Liberty International Airport and an hour drive from Manhattan.

Are there other events happening during the weekend?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting a Welcome Celebration on Friday, June 13th from 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Chateau Grande Hotel (located directly next to the Park Chateau venue) for guests who arrive a day early. Please see the "Schedule" section of our website for more details.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! Please arrive at 5pm to make sure everyone is seated on time.

When is the RSVP deadline and how do I RSVP?

Answer

Please see the “RSVP” section of our wedding website to submit your responses. Please RSVP no later than May 1st.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

The venue has free valet parking for our guests. For those staying at the Chateau Grand Hotel, you will be able to walk next door to the venue. For those staying at nearby hotels, we also recommend Uber or Lyft.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Chateau Grande Hotel located directly next to our venue. We highly recommend you stay here since you will not have to take transportation to/from the venue. This is also where we will be hosting the welcome reception on Friday, June 13th. We have limited rooms in our block so please book as soon as possible using the code “LARKINQIAO” If you decide to stay elsewhere, the “Travel” section of our website has additional suggestions for nearby hotels.

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day. We will have vegetarian options available, but please reach out to us directly if you have any allergies or special dietary restrictions.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list for the venue. Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can have a night off to celebrate with us.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. Having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all, however, if you're looking for wedding gift ideas, we've included a registry section on our website.

Is it OK to take photos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We would love for everyone to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please refrain from taking photographs or having your phones and cameras out during the ceremony.
